Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our guests. However, cancellations affect our business and other potential guests. Hence, we have formulated the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation within 48 Hours of Booking: Guests can cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking without incurring any charges.
2. Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Check-in Date: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date with no penalty. The full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation between 3-6 Days Before Check-in Date: Guests canceling their reservation between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
4. Cancellation within 48 Hours of Check-in Date: Guests canceling their reservation within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

For Group Bookings (5 rooms or more):

1. Cancellation 15 Days or More Before Check-in Date: Guests can cancel group bookings up to 15 days before the check-in date without any penalty.
2. Cancellation between 8-14 Days Before Check-in Date: Guests canceling group bookings between 8 to 14 days before the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
3. Cancellation within 7 Days of Check-in Date: Guests canceling group bookings within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. In case of no-show or early check-out, no refunds will be issued.
